15 Minutes To Clearer Skin Routine

I am ALL about quick solutions to help you continue to look and feel your best, but that will keep you moving forward. I understand what it is to be busy and I know that you don’t have half a day to pamper your skin three times a week. While that does sound lovely, you need solutions that will take you from your busy day, into a restful night quickly so you can wake up feeling the best that you possibly can.

When it comes to skincare, I am ALL about quick and effective. I have suffered from acne for most of my life, and still have occasional breakouts as an adult. It’s absolutely maddening, and I never thought I would find anything that would work for me long term. If you’re like me, you would try a product and it would work for a month and then stop. I grew to hate spending large chunks of money on skincare, because it always felt like a waste.

Today I am going to share my simple 15 Minutes To Clearer Skin Routine that will have you in and out in no time, with fresh skin that will begin to clear up quickly.

STEP 1- Lumi Spa

I always wash with my Lumi Spa! You can check out this blog post that also includes a quick video showing you how it works. To sum it up? It washes my skin in two minutes and provides 7 key anti-aging benefits to my skin. It’s truly my favorite way to wash my face, and I hardly miss a night!

STEP 2- Glacial Marine Mud Mask

I do this step 2-3 times a week, and have yet to find a mud mask that actually does what it says it’s going to do! This mask detoxes and purifies the skin but without bringing new breakouts to the surface. Mud masks used to freak me out because they would break me out. BUT, this one actually clears my skin UP and usually within 24-48 hours. Here’s a before an after of myself that show how good it is to my skin. The only thing I have on my face in these two photos is moisturizer:

Pretty amazing, huh?? It helps exfoliate dead skin cells, remove skin contaminants, and rejuvenate damaged or troubled skin. It nurtures your skin with more than 50 beneficial minerals and trace elements, including zinc and sea botanicals. When I started with the Glacial Marine Mud Mask, I used it up to three times a week. Now I am able to use it 1-2 times, and I add in any additional times if I have breakouts. But I find that when I use it weekly, my breakouts are significantly less which is of course, always the goal!

STEP 3- Moisturize

When it comes to moisturizer, I have very sensitive skin. But I have found a brand that is good to my skin, and that allows me to give it what it needs without aggravating it. After I wash my face with my Lumi Spa, and after I mask (which takes about 10 minutes), I apply this Moisture Restore Intense Moisturizer.  It works with your natural nighttime repair process to protect and visibly renew your skin. I am telling you, when you combine the three of these products, your skin will feel and look clearer with just a simple 15 minutes!

15 minutes a day to clearer skin is a simple way to take care of yourself, and ALL of us can take 15 minutes! I know there are many days that it doesn’t feel like you can spare 15 minutes, but when you can make room in your evening for this routine, your skin will greatly benefit from it. Plus, you can multitask if you need to and check emails or write up a couple of blog posts while during the masking process! Whatever you need to do is fine, but make sure that you’re taking time to pamper your skin so you can look and feel your best.

You’re an incredibly talented, busy, and working hard creative entrepreneur. I see you and your hustle! But take a few minutes to slow down and repair your skin. Every part of you will benefit, and taking care of you skin is just so important!
