Reducing inflammation can also start by healing your gut. Healing your gut can also lead to better sleep as you begin to feel better. I take one packet of Nu Biome every day as a support to my probiotics and it’s been a game changer for me.

2. Boosts Collagen Production

Collagen is a protein that gives skin its structure and elasticity. As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can decrease collagen production. Getting a good night’s sleep can help boost collagen production, leading to firmer, more youthful-looking skin.

I also use Bright Eyes Eye Cream daily and it helps for the nights that I don’t sleep well.

During sleep, the body works to repair and regenerate cells, including skin cells. This regeneration process can help enhance the skin’s natural radiance, giving it a healthy and glowing appearance. This proprietary, highly concentrated extract of the antioxidant catechins found naturally in green tea helps promote long-term cellular health and increases your body’s metabolic rate via thermogenesis.

And, I use this Night Time Formula supplement when needed as well. It’s non-habit forming and an exclusive blend of high-quality standardized extracts, including melatonin, valerian, passion flower, and TheaPure that promotes normal sleep cycles. It’s awesome!
